Founded by Olena Lima, a membership marketing strategist and growth coach with over fifteen years of experience working exclusively with professional associations, our approach draws on real-world experience with hundreds of associations globally across Australasia, Europe, Asia, and North America, and insights from more than 500 professionals who've completed MMS training programs.
