Belinda Moore,

Belinda Moore is Australasia’s leading membership specialist and has worked with a large number of associations, charities and other non-profit organisations to assist them with their membership challenges. Belinda is the driving force behind the Answers initiative and is keen to create a platform that will enable the association community to leverage their combined knowledge and resources for the greater good. Belinda is the author of the popular Association Annie comic strips. Belinda authored the white papers Association Apocalypse and Membership is Dead? and writes the popular Association Annie comic strips. She has written four books: The Membership Machine, Membership Fundamentals, The Membership Managers’ Handbook, and Association Annie: Herding Cats. In her day job, Belinda works at Strategic Membership Solutions where she specialises in training, motivating and up-skilling boards, staff and volunteers to improve performance. Known for her enthusiastic and engaging style, Belinda is a frequent presenter for not-for-profit organisations around the world and speaks on an array of topics relating to association strategy, business models, and membership.
